Since 2005 , I worked for a local building company that gave me the tools to develop and grow from labour to carpenter and eventually running multiple jobs to a very high standard , in 2015 I decided to leave and start project managing for myself and now having other project managers to help overlook more projects .

since then I've been providing professional services to help everyone get the build they want without the prices of using a building company .

using a project manager over a building company has a lot of benefits the main one being money!!! your in control of all money from paying people as and when needed as well as materials so there is no 20% markup building companys do to make there profit , we can organise and run the site for you with weekly site diary of what's happened on site that week so you can see every detail of what's happening on your job , daily site visits to ensure work is being carried out to highest standard

we can sit down and talk about what you need to do and when to ensure your job is kept at budget advising you on contractors ,materials and time needed for each contractor . you can have as many meetings as you like as the job goes on all worked out on an hourly rate we can even include site visits to ensure things are running smoothly and if it all becomes to much we can take over to finish the job for you
